Jeremy Timm has 30 years’ experience working in Africa, Europe, North America and Asia.
Through his agility in working at both the strategic and relational levels, he is able to work
effectively with clients exploring their fundamental issues, defining what can be done to address them and coaching leaders and their teams in the journey of implementation. He brings clarity, energy and humour to his client systems.

 

Since qualifying as a city and regional planner he has been exploring what gets in the way of great plans being implemented! His explorations have been aided by training in and application of Gestalt principles to organisation and leadership development. In particular, Jeremy is fascinated how leadership teams develop and adapt to their changing contexts and, in particular, how leaders develop their presence and range in responding to the complexity of “now.” He applies this to his leadership coaching, team coaching and strategy facilitation work.

 

He co-founded Distillery Consulting which provides consulting, facilitation and training services and serves on the faculty of International Gestalt Organisation and Leadership Development (IGOLD) Programme and is a co-founder of Gestalt Africa. His clients span the public, private and non-profit sectors.

 

He defines himself as an Anglo-African and is based in Johannesburg, South Africa. He loves hiking and cycling in inspiring landscapes and is a passionate gardener.
